There's a million reasons (well, at least a few) why we recommend balanced plant-based diets or fruits and veggies with every meal covering at least two-thirds of your plate. The main reason...we feel better!
We recognize that changes are challenging...try going vegan for one day a week, then two. Eating plant-based diets can help in prevention of most diseases, in the reduction of green-house gas emissions, and in following the way of the sages -- seeing the light in everything and deepening respect for nature.
We highly recommend diets with limited sugars, grains, and dairy. We recommend diets rich in omega 3s; eating organic, wild caught, and free range when possible.

Go ahead...spice it up! Healing herbs and spices including ginger, turmeric, curicumin, garlic, and cayenne all provide powerful antioxidants and a range of other health benefits.
Often times we work with plant medicine. We bless and cleanse with many plants including palo santo, cedar, sage, rosemary, and lavender. We cleanse with spirit water made of sacred plants. Each plant is unique and carries different properties for healing.
