Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese word describing the universal life energy all around us and within us; both the cosmic, universal aspect of this and the fundamental life force flowing and pulsating in all living things. Reiki is a natural and simple healing method that vitalizes your life force and balances the energies in your body. It connects us to the universal life force; the energy and unconditional love. 

Reiki helps healing of all kinds and relieves pains and acute symptoms quickly. Reiki strengthens and harmonizes the immune system and helps you to become more aware of your inner processes, both emotionally and mentally. Reiki supports you in your spiritual growth for greater consciousness, intuition, and self-awareness.  

A Reiki treatment consists of a sequence of hand placement on a fully-clothed body. Your practitioner’s hands rest for several minutes at designated positions on your head, upper chest, abdomen and back, and also specific areas in need.  

A reiki Session runs 45 minutes to an hour. Reiki supports and complements other medical and natural healing techniques. It is uniquely different with each use, as the recipient absorbs the Reiki energy according to need.
